This project started with a field trip to New York City where we explored our site in the Essex Crossing Neighboorhood in the Lower West Side of Manhattan. My partner Giselle Duran and I created an Community Based Complex where people of all demographics can live, play, and work together. Two sites work together to provide community spaces, places to rest, and be productive.
